What is XaviDrive's Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before the trip.

If canceled less than 6 hours before the trip, 90% of the fare will be charged to your account.

What is your Complimentary Wait Policy?

We offer:

  • 15-minute complimentary wait on all residential and office pick-ups.

  • 60-minute complimentary wait on all airport arrivals from flight arrival time.

  • Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at $1.00 per minute.

What is your 'No Show' Policy?

If there is a 'No Show' from the client, the full fare will be charged to your account.

​

What if the vehicle breaks down?

We are not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on a trip and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

What is your policy regarding adverse weather events and other calamities?

We are not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions, such as unsalted roads or accidents. We will do everything possible to avoid any disruptions to your booking, including arranging for a backup driver to pick you up.

How many passengers do you allow per vehicle?

What if there are too many passengers for the vehicle?

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse your booking if there are too many passengers for the vehicle.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond capacity. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse your booking if there are too many bags for the vehicle.

What if I forgot an item in the vehicle?

We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

What if I damage the vehicle?

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or any members of their party. Cleaning and Sanitation fee is $150.

What is your Smoking and Alcohol Drinking Policy?

No smoking or drinking is allowed in the vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash. Payments are via our website, Xavi.Drive App, payment apps or chip reader apps.

Are tolls included in the price?

Yes, all tolls are included in the price.

​

Are tips included in the price?

Yes, tips are not included in the price. Our current policy is 20% gratuity.

How are additional stops handled and priced?

The cost of additional stops are included in the price and will be detailed in the quotes.

Do you accept pets?

If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained before booking, and additional fees will apply.

Are child seats available?

Child seats in the form of booster seats are the only seats we provide at a fee.
