Terms of Service
Mechanical
We are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on a trip and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Damages
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Cleaning and Sanitation fee is $250. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

No Smoking & Alcohol Drinking Policy
Client agrees that there will be no smoking or drinking in the vehicle(s).

Cancellation Policies
​Cancellations are free up to 6 hours before the trip. If canceled less than 6 hours before the trip the minimum fare of $90 will be charged to your account. There are no deposits required but we will need to have a card on file via our XaviDrive App.

No Show Policy
We are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). If there is a no show from the Client the minimum fare of $90 will be charged to your account.

Other Policies
Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not exceed the number of seat belts installed. If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained, and additional fees will apply. Child seats may be available for an additional charge.

Complimentary Wait Policy
15-minute complimentary wait on all residential and office pick-ups
60-minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time
Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at $1.00 per minute.

Credit Card Authorizations
Client electronically authorizes, via Digital Signature, XaviDrive (Ehid Logistics LLC), to apply charges to the credit card on file for any of the Terms of Service items above.
